Merry Christmas!
We took Easton the the mall on Friday to visit Santa Clause. You may think it is a bit young that he has no idea what is going on and you are right. When I was little I remember seeing Santa every Christmas at the mall and every year pulling the pictures out during Christmas time. It was a great memory that I hope to continue with Easton. Larry was a trooper and stood in line. I told him we would go for sushi afterwards. Easton did great! Not a fuss or tear when he sat on Santa's lap. Merry Christmas everyone!

Our First Night Out
We went out for the first time without Easton last night. I was a bit nervous leaving him but had complete faith that he would be just fine. We left him with Erin and Matt who have a 12 week old (Charlotte). She said that he was a perfect angel and only fussed when he got hungry. He was polite and didn't even poop his diaper for them. We went to the Tempe Improv for Larry's work Christmas party and had a really nice time. Good eats and some comedy! I've been getting creative with my camera lately trying to get some shots of Easton. I'm thinking of taking some photography classes at the community college soon and maybe looking into doing some photography. We will see?

Easton's Photo Shoot
We had Easton's pictures taken at two weeks old by Angie Starr. She is a local photographer who had us come to her home to take some photos. Easton had been awake all morning so we were expecting a sleepy photo shoot. He had a major hungry meltdown on the drive there which had us pulling over into the Blockbuster parking lot to feed him. We didn't have much hope for the photos! He ended up being a real trooper through all the outfit changes and positions he was put in. Thanks Angie for the great memories.
Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving
We spent Thanksgiving day with some work friends of Larry's. It was very generous of them to invite us to join them with their 15 other family members. Easton was a big hit in his brown pants and little tan cable sweater. He was so well mannered just hanging out the whole time and not fussing at all. Later after pie we sat around the little fire pit. It was a great day to give thanks for all the blessings we have in our life.
