Easton is on Twitter

We went to Wildflower Bread Company on our way home from playgroup today to pick up some quick lunch. The manager was smitten by E in his little plaid hat and asked if he could take his picture for their Twitter page. They are promoting these new Susan G. Komen breast cancer awareness cupcakes and wanted to take a picture of E eating one. I figure it was good practice for his upcoming birthday cake.

Emma's 1st Birthday

Birthday Party #2..... Our friends Danielle and John celebrated Emma's first birthday today. I got to go over a few minutes early to take some pictures of sweet Emma in her party dress.

She is just so adorable and sat so nicely for her pictures.

Unlike her friend Charlotte yesterday, Emma was not quite as interested in the cake and frosting.

We attended our first official birthday party today.

Erin is a good friend of mine who I worked with at Tonalea for two years. We ended up pregnant at the same time and had the babies 6 weeks apart.

Charlotte turned 1 on Sept. 11th and is such a crack up. She loves the camera!

It started out pretty mellow with a nice lunch made by Erin and family, then it was on to the presents. Charlotte liked the bows more than anything else.

After gifts the best was saved for last. CAKE! Need I say more. She started off dainty with the York Peppermint Patty but quickly dove right into the frosting. Poor Erin and Matt are going to have a fun afternoon with her today.

Thanks for having us Erin.....I know you will read this. We had a wonderful afternoon.

Visit with Ryan, Bethany, and Nate

Larry, Easton and I went to visit our friends yesterday and their little guy. You probably saw Nate's picture I posted at 1 day old. He is now a week old and so alert. I took the camera to try to get some pictures for their birth announcements. Granted the lighting was very difficult in their house I managed to come up with a few good shots.


I just had to post the last picture although it's blurry it was just too funny!

Introducing Little Nate
I had the honor of visiting my friend Bethany at the hospital today. She gave birth to Nathaniel Edward Neppl yesterday at 3:05pm. He weighs 7lb. 11oz and is just beautiful.
Bethany and Ryan have been friends of our since I worked down in Queen Creek. They were both teachers who met on the job. They are so pleased to add Nate to their family and big sis Chynna is just thrilled to have a little brother.
Way to go Bethany!
